No matter how I install it, the corners are not flush and there remain noticeable gaps, which I don't think is good enough given how much it costs. Purchased The Frame on the plan that I would add a customizable bezel. There's two very clear things that are wrong for me with this purchase that are unforgiveable: Firstly the bezel is made of plastic and is very flimsy; not a high quality material I would expect for the price. Whilst the bezel is attached magnetically to your TV, you are given four small plastic corner snaps that hold the customizable bezels. In attempting to remove these (carefully), for future changing of the bezel, the corners bezels have snapped, and very very easily might I add. Secondly, and somewhat more unforgiveable, is that the design of the customizable bezel partially blocks the light and motion sensor of the TV, which is housed underneath. For me this makes the TV go dim, because it thinks it's night time, and sometimes not turn on Art mode when I walk into the room because it can't detect me. Being an official accessory from Samsung, and for the whole purpose being about having 'a frame', I'm sickened by just how pathetic this design flaw is; it is widely documented if searched. The only solution I have now is to turn off night time detection and motion sensor features, in order to keep my Art/TV when needed. Of course the other solution is to remove the customizable bezel, but then I would have just purchased some other slim black framed TV, which would have been better than this is nearly every way.
